Happy May, San Diego! While we are officially entering "May Gray" season, there is still no better place to be as the jacarandas start to paint our streets in that iconic, vibrant purple. This month is all about leaning into the cozy coastal gloom before the afternoon sun eventually breaks through for those perfect Del Mar sunsets. I hope you’re finding some time to enjoy the crisp morning air and the blooming trails throughout our beautiful county.

Beyond the weather, May is the perfect time to explore the local gems that make our city so special, from the bustling stalls at the Hillcrest Farmers Market to a quiet afternoon in the Prado. I’m personally looking forward to a few more outdoor dining sessions and finally dusting off the surfboard for the spring swell. I hope your month is filled with plenty of salt air, great tacos, and quality time with the people who matter most.

Let’s make this a May to remember!

Ayren's Approach

Your Spring Playbook

Sellers: Homes listed in spring statistically sell faster and for more money. Fresh landscaping, longer daylight hours, and peak buyer demand create the perfect storm for a strong sale.. If you've been waiting for the "right time," this is it!

Buy Smart, Sell Strong

Buyers: Yes, competition exists — but so does opportunity. More homes hit the market in spring than any other season, giving you real options. Getting pre-approved now puts you ahead of buyers who are still thinking about it.
