Teaching Senior Community Members

Once a month, I spend an hour in a room full of neighbors, answering their real estate questions. That hour is theirs. We talk about what's actually happening in the market and what it means for someone who already owns a home here.

Every session has its own topic. One month it's appraisals and how they can make or break a transaction. The next month, it's a shift in the industry and what it means for buyers and sellers. I draw on 18 years of experience across more than one state and more than one market cycle — though honestly, the best part of the hour is usually the questions people bring with them.

I teach because I like teaching. Nearly two decades in this business have given me a lot of answers that people shouldn't have to hire someone to get. Sitting in a room and handing them over — to people who may never call me — is one of my favorite parts of the month.
