The Lowcountry of South Carolina captivates newcomers with its breathtaking scenery, rich history, and warm Southern hospitality. Its essence left its mark on the Pfeifer family just as it does for so many others. In 2005 Ayren Pfeifer moved with her family to Beaufort, South Carolina for the first time. Her husband Paul had recently completed flight training at NAS Pensacola in Florida and NAS Meridian in Mississippi and became an operational F/A-18 pilot at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort. They bought their first home on Lady's Island, a modest bungalow where they brought their second child, Max, home from the hospital. Over the course of their two tours in South Carolina, they built friendships and connections that have stood the test of time. Ayren still maintains her professional ties there today, simply because she knows and loves the area.

It was in Virginia, during Paul's five years flying at NAS Oceana and as a student at MCB Quantico, that Ayren started her career in real estate. But it was in South Carolina, beginning in 2013, where she truly found her professional momentum, outselling many seasoned counterparts who had been in the business for decades. In 2015, she earned a spot on the Beaufort County Association of Realtors' "Top 50 Realtors in Beaufort" list.

Though she and her family now call San Diego home, Ayren never let the distance loosen her ties to the Lowcountry. She stays actively engaged in the Beaufort market, plugged into local trends, connected with trusted vendors and inspectors on the ground, and available to her South Carolina clients on Eastern time. Technology bridges the gap, but it is her deep local roots and relationships that make remote representation actually work.

It is her tenacity, resourcefulness, and knack for nurturing lasting relationships that keep clients coming back, even with the logistical challenge of running a South Carolina business from Southern California. As she likes to tell her clients: "I might not be able to unlock a door for you, but I can do everything else!"
