The Rosie Network

The Rosie Network (TRN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2012 by military spouse Stephanie Brown, built on a simple but powerful mission: strengthen military families through entrepreneurship. Inspired by the "We Can Do It" spirit of Rosie the Riveter, TRN provides no-cost training, mentorship, and resources to help military spouses, transitioning service members, and veterans build sustainable businesses — and has grown into a national network of over 30,000 veteran and military family-owned businesses.

At the heart of TRN's work is Service2CEO, an award-winning entrepreneurship training program offered through chapters nationwide. I graduated from the very first virtual cohort of Service2CEO in 2020, and the experience — and the community it connected me to — is why I've stayed involved ever since, now serving as a subject matter expert for the program.

As a military spouse of nearly two decades and a veteran of 11 PCS moves myself, TRN's mission resonates deeply with my own journey. Supporting military entrepreneurs isn't separate from my real estate work — it's part of the same commitment to helping military families build stability, wherever the next set of orders takes them.
