Meet Ayren Pfeifer: Real Estate in San Diego and the South Carolina Lowcountry
Selling or buying a home is a big deal, and you should know who you are handing that to.
Here is a short introduction.
Two States, One Process
My home base is North San Diego County. My second market is Beaufort and the surrounding Lowcountry, and I am there often.
South Carolina is not a line on a website for me. It is where we brought my son Max home from the hospital. It is where my mom and stepdad live. It is where a lot of my closest friends live and work.
Eleven moves in twenty years
My husband Paul was an aviator in the Marine Corps for 20 years. In that time, we moved 11 times.
If you have ever received orders, you know what that means. Selling on someone else's timeline. House hunting from three time zones away. Choosing where your family will live based on a video walkthrough and a lot of hope.
I have done all of it, usually with the movers already scheduled. So when a military family calls me about a PCS to Camp Pendleton, I am not learning the process alongside them.
Systems are what make distance disappear
I have been a full time agent since 2008. In 18 years, I have built a process for every stage of a transaction:
Listing prep and staging
Pricing strategy and market analysis
Negotiation
Inspections and repair coordination
Closing and everything in between
That structure is why a South Carolina client gets the same experience as a California client. There is very little in this business I cannot handle from a distance. I can do everything except open a door, and I have wonderful people for that.
After 18 years, I have also seen just about everything. Very little scares me.
Every client arrives with a different goal
Some clients are relocating on a hard deadline.
Some are leaving a home they have lived in for 30 years and are in no hurry at all.
Some are buying their first place. Some are selling a property they have never seen in person.
Whatever your objective is, my job is to understand it first, then build the plan around it.
A little about the rest of my life
I have a lot of energy, so I work out most days. Yoga is my favorite. If you are looking for me midmorning, there is a good chance I am running late to a class at Yoga Tropics.
What I love most about San Diego is the weather. It is fantastic nearly every day of the year, and that is a real mood booster. The beaches, the food, and the culture do not hurt either.
When you are ready
Whether you are buying your first home, relocating to San Diego, or making a move in the South Carolina Lowcountry, I would love to be the one to help.
