On Friday, November 20, at 1:00 PM, I’ll be hosting a free class for adults 50 and older at the Carlsbad Senior Center titled Understanding Home Values and What They Mean for Your Next Move.
Whether you’re planning to downsize in the coming year or are simply curious about where your home stands, this class will help you make sense of today’s market without the jargon. We’ll explore what truly shapes a home’s value, why prices rise and fall (sometimes block by block), and how to read a market report with confidence. I’ll also share what the current market means for you, whether you’re selling, buying, or both, and how Prop 19 may benefit homeowners 55 and older.
