Client Reviews: Buying a Home Remotely with Ayren Pfeifer (Video)
You can read a hundred agent bios and still not know what the process will actually feel like.
So we asked past clients to describe it themselves. Here is what they said.
Several of them had never met her in person
One client found Ayren's name in a military Facebook group. Another was already a neighbor. In more than one case, the buyers never stood inside the house before it was theirs.
“She did our entire process virtually. I feel like that alone is above and beyond.”
That is not a workaround built for one client. It is how a large share of this business runs, because military families rarely get to house hunt in the state they are moving to.
The theme that came up most was knowing what happens next
Three separate clients described the same thing in different words:
“She is always on top of things. She knows what is coming, she knows what to do next.”
“She had every wicket, and then some.”
“She was able to really narrow it down and not waste our time.”
A transaction has dozens of deadlines, and most of them are invisible to the person buying the house. What clients tend to notice is not the checklist. It is that nothing caught anyone off guard.
Honesty came up as often as competence
“It never seemed like she was trying to sugarcoat something just to make a sale.”
“Professional, knowledgeable, honest and kind.”
“Protecting our best interests.”
Some of them are still in touch
“Not only is she a realtor two times now, but she is also a good friend.”
“For her to still stay in contact and be that interested and focused on us, whether we were happy. I thought that was a little bit above and beyond.”
Repeat clients and long relationships are the closest thing this business has to a report card.
One client's advice to you
“Jump in as fast as you can with both feet, because she is awesome and you will definitely not regret it!”
A note from Ayren
Watching these back was humbling. Some of these families I met through a Facebook group. Some I never stood in a room with until closing day. Several of them I still talk to.
That last part is what I did not expect when I started in 2008. Thank you to everyone who took the time to record your review!
